we offer onsite, delivery, and drop off options for every planning style and budget.
All fancy garments require steaming prior to wearing them.
When you pre-book steaming with us, our steam should last through to the wear date, if stored properly. If you request your steam prior to alterations, we're happy to re-steam it for you if it wrinkles during alterations at no charge.
Once steamed, always store in a closet tall enough to prevent the bottom from pooling or creasing. Gravity can help them stay wrinkle-free. If a tall closet is not available, store it with us, on a bed, or the floor works, too!
We do NOT recommend this option if having your garment shipped or traveling long distance for the event. Be sure to coordinate steaming there! Need help with packing or shipping? We can do that too!
Purchased elsewhere? You do not need to have purchased your gown at gilded social to book any of our steaming services!

We offer a number of ways to get your garments steamed to accommodate singles, groups, and varying budgets and logistical needs. These fees are in addition to regular steaming charges.
ONSITE STEAMING CONCIERGE STARTING AT $175

- Do you have some pretty tight logistics without the time or someone who can drop off and pick up?
- Is your gown extra special and will wrinkle in transport?
We’ll come to YOU and steam your garments wherever you’re getting ready so they never leave your sight! We can even leave a rack for you to use and pick it up later, if need be.
GILDED SOCIAL PICK UP & DELIVERY STARTING AT $50
This is a great option for parties staying in one place! We can pick up from a hotel, someone's house, or the rehearsal - steam them overnight - then deliver them back the next day.
CUSTOMER DROP OFF AND PICK UP - NO CHARGE
Is it easy enough for you to drop off and pick up your garment from our Columbus location during regular business hours? This is for you!
WHILE YOU WAIT RESERVATIONS - NO CHARGE
If you’d like to reserve time in advance for us to steam your garment while you wait, we can do that! It’s no additional charge, just pay in full up front to reserve the time!
We’ll ship anywhere FedEx delivers
We can coordinate shipping your garments to anywhere in the world! We use FedEx for all of our shipping concierge packages and are able to closely monitor and track their status with our expert logistics team.
