Tanya was so easy to work with, super responsive via text and helpful with advice when selecting bridesmaids dresses. I felt like I was getting a great value with every purchase I made from there. About a month before the wedding, right before I was about to pick up my dress and take it home, I received a call from Tanya personally that there was an issue with my dress. She handled it completely and took such quick action that there was basically no time for me to panic or worry. I caught myself thinking if this had happened at a different shop, I may not have received such great service and the issue may not have been resolved so seamlessly.
