Kelly visited us after she had already said yes at another store. Yep, it happens. A cute, trendy number caught her up in the moment, but what she was really searching for was something that felt more like her style - classic, elegant, timeless.  After chatting for literally one second, I was convinced that she was a Blue Willow Bride. 

 

Luckily, Kelly booked her appointment right before we had a BW trunk show scheduled. So not only did I make sure to get what I knew would be her dream dress in the store for her appointment for FREE, she also was able to pick a complimentary customization for her dress when she said YES. Buttons all the way down the back for FREE, yes please! I’m pretty certain that made it a little bit easier for her to say YES for real this time.

 

Dress regret can be a thing. You can count on me to help you work through it and still get use out of your first choice. Sometimes it’s finding another way or time to wear her, sometimes it's consignment or selling her, sometimes it’s remaking it all together. No matter what, we’ll get creative together!
